I think I need a new dictionary. I always thought the word “bonk” meant the same as euphemisms like “root” and “screw”.

I think I need a new dictionary. I always thought the word “bonk” meant the same as euphemisms like “root” and “screw”.
Bonk is a sports term for running out of energy. It is used in cycling extensively. It also means to be hit hard. If you think about it, it could mean to “be fucked” as in played out. In sports, there’s no sexual innuendo, however and it’s perfectly clean.
